A Little Colour

1. Can I get my colour profile done also?
Absolutely! The rules are a little different for adults as we would need need three current photos of your face (without make up) as it's essential to see your skin tone and eye colour clearly. Yes, we know that this is probably not your favourite thing to do but it is vital if you want a good analysis. The same applies to hair colour. The colour it is now may not be its original colour. So if your hair has been tinted, highlighted or going grey or white the big question is what was your original hair colour?

2. Will my child's colouring change over time?
Sometimes, yes and we have allowed for that. We will email you after a few years to give you the opportunity to sends us updated photos of your kids and if they have changed you will be able to re purchase another booklet at a reduced price.

3. Can I buy a gift -voucher/ e-voucher
Yes, just email us and we will organise that for you.

4. If I have identical twins do I need to buy two colour booklets?
No :)

5. If my children turn out to be the same colouring will I have to pay full price for two swatches?
No you wont it would be $120.00 for one colour booklet. And if you wanted a second booklet of the same colours we would refund you $60.00 for the second.

6. What if I can't find his colours anywhere?
We're confident you will always be able to find the right colours, sometimes you may have to look a bit harder for those more interesting ones but with over 45 colours to choose from you'll be fine. Also keep in mind the colour just needs to be close to the one in the booklet sometimes it can be a bit softer or just a tad different (not too different though).

7. What if I'm unsure on her eye or hair colour?
That's OK. It's why we've asked for more than one photo and why the categories are so specific. So just do your best.

8. So is this like 'getting your colours done' in the 80s?
Not really, in the 80s you had a choice of only Summer Autumn Winter and Spring the system we use gives us a lot more flexibility and gives you a more tailored profile.
