Payment can be made through our web site via Visa or MasterCard. Please note that we do not store credit card numbers they are only used for processing your order.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars and unless stated to be otherwise, all A Little Colour products are GST inclusive. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

We understand that despite the fact our site uses the highest encryption standard available (128-bit SSL), some people will still have reservations about shopping online. For this reason, we are happy to take your order over the phone. Simply use our site to decide on the products you would like to buy, then call us on (03) 9372 9001 to place your order and provide your credit card details.

Delivery

For all our deliveries we use Australia post. Postage within Australia is FREE. Postage to the U.S.A is $10.00AUD.

You are liable for all delivery costs and will be charged accordingly in addition to the price of the products you order.

While we make every effort to ensure all our products are in stock, and display items as out of stock when our supply runs out, sometimes out of stock situations will occur. We try and maintain a constant supply, but there can be delays due to situations beyond our control. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

You can request for a courier to leave parcels in a secure place, but we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the parcel once it is delivered nor will we accept any liability for any damage to our products after delivery.
