Cancellation Policy

A Little Colour proudly offers a money-back guarantee for all products we sell. We make it easy to return or exchange items within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

To return or exchange any of our products please contact us, quoting your original order number, date of purchase, product item number and description, nature of the problem and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will issue you with an exchange number to include with the product when you send it back. Return the product by pre­paid registered mail. Upon receiving the goods we will expedite processing of a refund, replacement or exchange for another product. Please note that we refund the cost of product only and not the postage.

All products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. In order for A Little Colour to accept your return we need the original receipt and instructions as to whether you wish to return or exchange the product/s.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If for any reason your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement and we will cover the cost of the return postage. The items ordered must be returned in original condition within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please contact us via phone or email to report any damaged or faulty products.

If the item you are returning is faulty then the product will be replaced and there will be no additional charge for postage or the cost of the product will be refunded. Please let us know your preference.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and refund/replacement request to be processed. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.
